Since its introduction in the early 0s, guitarists in all
musical genres have relied on the Fender American Telecaster
guitar for its powerful tone and smooth playability.
Today Telecaster guitar features the best of the old and
the new: a fast-action maple neck with rosewood fretboard,
cast/sealed machine heads, two classic American Tele
single-coil pickups, the American Tele bridge with six
individually adjustable stainless steel saddles and
Fender elta Tone system which includes high
output bridge pickup and special No-Load tone control that
allows you to roll-off volume without losing the high end. gibson guitars
One of the secrets to the Telecaster`s sound centers on the
bridge pickup, which is wound more than the neck pickup and
hence has a much higher output, sometimes giving twice the
resistance of the neck pickup. guitar tuner

Famous Telecaster Players: teardrops on my guitar
Many famous guitarists have used the Tele as their main
guitar throughout their careers, making it their signature
instrument. In the early days, country session musicians were
drawn to this instrument designed for the working
musician. guitar strings
These included James Burton, who played with such stars as
Ricky Nelson, Elvis Presley, and Merle Haggard (a Signature
Telecaster model player himself). Burton`s favorite guitar was
his famous Pink Paisley model Telecaster. ultimate guitar tabs
Danny Gatton blended diverse musical styles (including
blues, rockabilly and bebop) with such great proficiency and
clarity that he became known as the telemaster. Roy
Buchanan and Albert Collins proved the Telecaster equally
suited for playing the blues. guitar chord
Muddy Waters also consistently used the Telecaster and
Michael Bloomfield also used the guitar on his earlier works.
Soul sessionist Steve Cropper used a crisp, spare Tele sound to

Cool Vintage Style With Modern
Features! br br The Fender Jaguar Bass is
cosmetically based on Fender surf-tastic Jaguar which
debuted in 2 as Fender top-of-the-line guitar. The Jaguar
Bass, which has a few differences (such as a non-vibrato bridge
and unbound fingerboard with block inlays), also has an unusual
and versatile electronics system that gives it its own
identity. br br Visually, the Jaguar vintage
theme doesn miss a cue. The pickguard light
mint-green tint mimics that of aged nitrocellulose plastic, the
pickguard material used on early- 0s Fenders The yellowed
pearloid block inlays and orange-tinted maple add to the
neck vintage appearance. br br What
with the field of switches and knobs At its heart, the
Jaguar electronics are similar to a Jazz Bass but
with a lovably quirky complex
layout. br br Here how it works: Each pickup
has an on/off switch mounted on the pickguard. The third switch
selects between series and parallel wiring. The two large
rotary knobs control volume and passive treble
rolloff. br br The switch on the upper bass
bout chrome plate selects active or passive electronics.
The two adjacent roller knobs, which control bass cut and
treble cut, function only when the switch is in the up, or
active, position. All of these controls offer a bucket-full of
onboard tone shaping. br br The Jaguar has options
not available on any other Fender which results in the bass
having its own sound. In passive parallel mode with the tone
control wide open, the Jaguar sounds a bit like a Jazz Bass but
with slightly hollow mids and a brighter high-end
bite. br br The series circuit works only when the
bridge pickup is engaged, either solo or with both pickups on.
The series sound is fatter and louder, with more pronounced
mids. br br Soloing the bridge pickup with the
pickups in series also silences the single-coil hum,
allowing for a quieter bridge J-pickup sound than I
used to in a passive bass. br br Playing both
pickups in series delivers the biggest sound: It
corpulent, articulate, and great for pickstyle rock lines.
Rolling back the tone knob delivers a convincing P-Bass sound
ripe for Motown fingerstyle. br br The unusual
electronics also allow for some uncommon possibilities. You can
completely mute the instrument without moving your volume knob
by simply switching off both pickups. br br The
Jaguar passive tone control continues to function in
active mode, further adding to the instrument already
extensive tone-shaping options. br br The C-shaped
neck, which is like a thin Jazz Bass neck, is very comfortable
to play, making those long sets easier to
handle. br br Its guitar look is
distinct and unique, but it`s unmistakably still a Fender This
rock bass is made to be slung low and played with a
pick! br br Fender once again scales new heights
of cool with the Jaguar Bass guitar. After all, Fender did
invent the electric bass guitar, and we did design the Jaguar
guitar, and this baby combines both into one unbelievably cool
instrument. br br br Features: br br li
